Announcing
the 2009 Vectorworks CAD Challenge for Secondary Students
We’re looking for the diamond in the rough - could one of your students be that diamond?
Vectorworks Designer with Renderworks is the cross-platform design program that has everything students need for 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and professional-quality presentations. From architecture to mechanical, product design, landscaping to stage lighting and set design, no other design program offers so much to schools for so little. Students are able to have FREE copies of Vectorworks on their home computers.
The Competition
Students are invited to enter the 2009 Vectorworks CAD Challenge to be held during 2009.
CAD Drawings must be submitted by students created in any version of Vectorworks. These can be part of their normal class work.
Please note: By submitting drawings, students agree to the terms and conditions of the competition.
The Reward
Supreme Awards will be made to two students nationally, across the 5 categories. One from each of the Junior Schools & Senior Schools nationwide.
A total of 10 more winners will be selected from both the Junior & Senior schools, for each of the 5 categories.
School rewards as well - win your next Vectorworks upgrade for FREE.
Teachers of the Supreme Award winners will also receive acknowledgement, and Vectorworks training valued at $300+GST.

Categories
Drawings can be submitted in each of the following categories:
Junior School - (years 9 & 10) Accommodation & Environments,Transport, Products, Set Design, Media
Senior School - (years 11, 12 & 13) Accommodation & Environments,Transport, Products, Set Design, Media
(Awards will not be made in any category where standards are not considered to be high enough)

Drawings to be sent by DVD to Megabits Trust, created in Vectorworks.
